BenKa Slim Single Jacket, Single Armor Dry Cable is designed for campus backbones, offering superior performance in direct-buried, duct, and aerial installations via lashing.
The jacket is easy to strip with basic tools, separating the polyethylene jacket from the steel armor without the need for heat guns or torches, thanks to the high-strength ripcord.
Its corrugated steel armor provides excellent protection against compression, crush, and rodents, ensuring long-lasting durability.
The gel-free, Dry water-blocking technology allows for quick, clean, and cost-effective preparation and termination, while the reduced diameter and lightweight design improve cost-effectiveness and performance.
The smaller diameter enables longer cable reel lengths, reducing splicing needs and saving on installation costs.
The lightweight design also helps reduce cable pulling tension, increasing pulling lengths and installation speed. Additionally, the reduced weight eases the load on poles in aerial deployments.
Slim Version: Loose Tubes 1.9mm with features like UV Resistance, Water Blocking, Crush Resistance, Rodent Deterrent, and Impact Protection.
